What is the ROD RUN?
Every year thousands of people descend upon the small Northwest Kansas town of Atwood to take part in one of the best showings of classic cars in the country.
During the 2 day event, visitors and exhibitors are treated to fun and festivities that are centered around the fine examples of Americana that are being showcased. Activities include the Show and Shine, Poker Run, Live Music and Dances, Hog Roast, Motor Blow, Fireworks Display, Activities for the Kids, Drag Races and of course, cruising around scenic Lake Atwood. This is much more than a car show. The Atwood Early Rod Run is THE classic car event of the year! Come join us!
